Eligible Returns
- Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation) is required.
- Items must show no signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened towels, bottles used on site, or mats that have been unrolled for practice.
- Items marked as final sale at the desk.
- Digital or class booking fees, which follow separate cancellation rules communicated at booking.
Refund Method
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method where possible. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same item type (for example, mat colour variant) are available when stock permits. Price differences, if any, are settled at the desk.
Consumer Guarantees
