Intensity: Moderate Bring: Water, grippy socks optional

Standing patterns linked by inhale-exhale cues. Expect 40 minutes of movement with 5-minute transitions between peaks.

Tempo-based squats, hinges, and pushes using body weight only. Coaches offer scaled options at each station.

Intensity: Low Bring: Comfortable layers; mats on site

Longer holds for hips, spine, and shoulders. Ideal after desk-heavy days or evening wind-down slots.
